Grass-Fed · Hormone & Antibiotic Free · Ontario Farm-Raised
Dairy Free · Egg Free · Nut Free · No MSG · No Artificial Additives

Net Wt. 1.15 kg (2.5 lb)

Heating & Thawing Instructions:

Thaw overnight: Place pouch in the refrigerator the night before. Pour into pot and bring to a gentle boil.

Quick thaw: Submerge sealed pouch in cold water until thawed, then pour into pot and heat through.

From frozen: Place directly into pot and heat slowly over low-medium heat for approximately 20 minutes. Note: some liquid may reduce as steam evaporates during cooking. If the broth becomes too thick, simply add a little water to reach your desired consistency.

Suggested Dipping Sauce: Mix together 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, ½ tbsp sugar, ½ tsp Korean mustard (or Dijon mustard), and 1–2 tbsp water. A classic pairing that brings out the depth of the grass-fed beef.

Non-GMO Samgyetang - Korean Ginseng Chicken Soup
$40.00

Korea's most beloved healing tradition — now in your freezer.

For centuries, Koreans have turned to Samgyetang as the ultimate restorative meal — a whole young chicken, slow-simmered with ginseng root until the broth becomes deeply golden, rich in collagen, and alive with natural warmth.

Koreanna Kitchen honours that tradition with a chef's precision. One whole Cornish Hen, raised on an Ontario family farm, is hand-stuffed with 6-year Korean fresh ginseng, jujube dates, and glutinous rice — then slow-simmered for hours in a blend of traditional Korean medicinal herbs. The result is a broth so nourishing and a chicken so tender, you'll understand why Koreans have been eating this for generations.
