Our catering line delivers refined, high-end culinary experiences tailored to each occasion. From intimate gatherings to corporate events, every menu is thoughtfully designed around individual needs and dietary preferences, using fresh, high-quality ingredients to create dishes that are wholesome and beautifully balanced.
Our manufacturing line produces premium sauces, dressings, and ready-to-enjoy or frozen foods, distributed to select retail stores across the GTA. Each product is crafted with the same dedication to quality and authenticity that defines our catering, allowing customers to bring the Koreanna experience into their own homes.

Chef Anna Choi
Founder & Culinary Director, Koreanna Kitchen
Born and raised in South Korea, Chef Anna Choi first pursued her passion for aesthetics by majoring in Visual Design at university. Her artistic sense of balance and composition later led her to Canada, where she studied Visual Merchandising Art. That path unexpectedly opened her heart to a new creative language: culinary arts.
What began as curiosity soon became a lifelong calling. Anna trained and worked in many respected restaurants and hotels across Canada, refining her classical techniques and developing her unique culinary voice inspired by French, Italian, and modern Japanese cuisines.
Her journey took a pivotal turn in Denmark, where she completed a chef internship at Restaurant Noma, one of the most influential kitchens in the world. That experience shaped her into a chef who values innovation, precision, and storytelling through food.
Upon returning to Toronto, she continued her fine dining career while also serving as a Culinary Instructor at Centennial College, where she taught in the Culinary Management Program for several years.
For over five years, Anna also served as Private Chef to the CEO of Cargojet, curating tasting menus, fine dining experiences, and VIP events. Today, Koreanna Kitchen is brought to life by a dedicated culinary team that shares a passion for refinement, creativity, and warm, thoughtful hospitality.
